We would like to request the option to enable the chat feature for the PAM Endpoint Client without requiring a second user in the session. This chat window should also be available for viewing by a local engineer on the server.
We often used to chat with our clients over the Bomgar Remote Support software suite before we switched to the PA software. The engineers would be working on the systems locally through RDP, KVM, Teamviewer, VNC, ECT and would ask us questions about the progress, or answer our requests through the chat for local work on the system. We now have to resort to chatting to clients though Microsoft Notepad which looks very unprofessional for our engineers.
This seems like an easy option to add to future updates as it is already a functioning feature in other software suites.
