force SAML as authentication type in scripting api

currently the only method available is username and password sent in url.  This is not the preferred method of authentication for most customers.

    This is very valuable. This way, no usernames or passwords will be saved in a browser history- and it won't be in clear text either.

    Specifically supporting OAUTH2 might be better for APIs, doing SAML with an API is quite painful. Overall AzureAD support for OAUTH2/openid would be ideal for many enterprise customers.
