We use external keys to differentiate our customers, both in the queue and searching in session log.
External Key is either our customers ID or mail.
When installing a Bomgar Button on the customer machine, you would be able to add an external key to the button, so it always adds this, when the customer launches the support client.
That way, our supporter dont have to fill out the customers External Key everytime, we do a support on their PC.
