Customer has strict rules for systems that are connected to their network with remote access where vendors can remote in without anyone’s knowledge.
Having system notify them when unattended remote access occurs will let them know access occurred. Otherwise will have to go with the allow/deny jum client access which means IT person on site must let us in each time 25/7/365. This will require contacting site and delays support.
